Shipping Rates
We do not ship outside of the US (except to APO/FPO addresses), sorry. Furthermore, it is a violation of ITAR regulations and US law to export many of the items we sell. DO NOT order from us with the intent of exporting from the USA illegally.

Due to the most recent increase in Postal and UPS Rates, we are now charging a Flat Shipping Rate of $9 on all orders. Compare our prices to our competitors, and I think you will find this is still a bargain!
We ship primarily via US Postal Service 1st Class and Priority Mail, although orders going to points farthest from Alabama (for example, Washington state or California) will most likely be shipped Fedex Ground or UPS.
All USPS packages are shipped with delivery confirmation, and all Fedex and UPS packages include tracking, which will be emailed to you at the time of shipment as long as you have provided us with a valid email address.
Fedex and UPS Second Day and Next Day Air (overnight in most areas) are usually available upon request; please contact us before placing an order which requires expedited shipping to confirm that we will be able to ship it the same day. There is no way for us to process an online order with expedited shipping so CALL 334-375-7153 to place these orders!
Parcel Post, Fedex Ground and UPS Ground are used at our discretion on larger and heavier orders.
Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 84 hours or less from Taylor, Alabama (36305). Orders placed on holidays or weekends may take longer to ship. Some items do have longer lead times, usually an additional 3-5 days, and we are trying to note that where possible on the individual items. Occasionally some items are sent from Grand Prairie, Texas and those items typically will go via UPS Ground unless you request expedited shipping.
Sorry, but we no longer accept PayPal as a form of payment. PayPal is owned by eBay, which is extremely anti-Gun.

General policies:
- Our credit card system will charge your card as soon as the order is placed on the website; if it is declined, you will need to place the order again with a different card. Make sure you enter all the card details correctly! Your card is charged immediately for your security. Your credit card number is not stored AT ALL on our website or anywhere else by Area 51 Products LLC. If you call to add to an order, we will need to get your billing information again since it is not kept by us.
- If an item is backordered and but was accidentally marked as in-stock, and we do not have a shipment arriving soon (none expected for the next 2 weeks or more), we will try to let you know via email, and ship the backordered item(s) separately at no additional cost when they are available. If you don't want to wait for a backordered item, please let us know as soon as you receive the backorder notice! We will only charge you once for S&H ($9); you will not be charged S&H on the backorders which are shipped separately.
- We reserve the right to refuse sale of any item at any time on the basis of law and/or national security.
- We attempt to ship all orders as soon as possible, but due to travel and weekends it will occasionally take longer. If it is absolutely imperative that you receive an item by a certain date, CONTACT US BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. Otherwise, we can make no promises!
- If you need to make changes to your order within 12 hours of it being placed, please call us at 334-375-7153 (M-F 9-5pm CST) and verbally confirm the change or cancellation with us! Any change, including addition or cancellation of the order, is not possible after twelve hours time, as we seek to provide all customers with the fastest possible turnaround time.
RETURN POLICY
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Any return must be authorized by us within 14 days of your purchase. Please contact us via email or phone before returning any product, and allow up to 14 business days for processing of your returned item.
- Defective items must be returned within 7 days of receipt for an identical replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will offer you the choice of a similar product of equal or greater value or a refund of your purchase price.
- NO returns more than 21 days from date of purchase.
- Item must be returned before replacement is issued.
- All non-defective items returned are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Any item which is damaged when we receive it will be subject to additional restocking fees at our discretion.
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all packaging.
- For legal and safety reasons, items which have been installed or otherwise used CANNOT be returned to Area 51 Products LLC. You must contact the manufacturer of the item if you are unhappy with it after installing it.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Any "floor model" or "display" item is sold strictly as-is and may not be returned.
SALES TAX
Alabama residents will be charged 8% sales tax on all orders. Area 51 Products LLC is located in Taylor, Alabama.
